What can I trade in?
Our catalog covers phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, smartwatches, gaming devices, graphics cards, cameras, audio, drones, VR headsets, and monitors. You can include several devices in one booking.
Are these real buyback offers?
Published estimates use the current BackToUse price list. Some configurations require a manual quote. Every final offer is subject to the device details and inspection.
How do you calculate my estimate?
Your model, configuration, condition and functionality determine which buyback rate applies. If that configuration is not priced yet, you can include it in a quote request.
What should I do with my personal data?
Before handing over a device, back up anything you need, sign out of linked accounts, remove SIM and memory cards, and factory-reset it. Make sure any activation or device-management lock has been removed.
What happens after I send a booking?
You receive a booking reference and a device summary by email when online booking is available. BackToUse reviews the details and confirms the offer and shipping arrangements. Wait for those instructions before shipping.
Where are my basket and booking stored?
Your device basket is saved in this browser. When you submit a booking, your contact and device details are sent to BackToUse so we can review your request and send a confirmation.
